What is OLine Free & Easy Returns/Replacement policy?
We love to get it right for you! Shop with us and trust us with your purchase. What we aspire is to give you a totally convenient and memorable shopping experience! In our endeavor to provide 100% customer satisfaction every time you shop with us, if at all we do not reach that mark, you can return your Order for a full refund of the paid price.
We mean what we say! So all you need to do is to give us a call on +91-7248928391 or drop an email at email@example.com within a period of 15 days from the date of delivery. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss as well; so in case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, a return will only be accepted if the products are in a saleable condition, with the tags intact and in their original packaging, unwashed and undamaged.
1. Please note that " OLine 15 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Grocery,food item, dairy product ( Like milk,paneer etc..) Inner wear, Lingerie, Fragrances, Beauty products, Jewellery , Swimsuits, Socks, Furniture, CDs, Pens and Books. (conditions apply as per our policy)
2. Only Replacement accept of Grocery & food item if any type of abnormalities observed (like expiry product,any kind of damage with product ) hence replacement accept by the OLine team.
3. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
4. Cases related to physical condition or mismatch in received quantity of the product needs to be intimated within 48 hours of delivery.
5. Some special rules for promotional offers may override " OLine 15 Day Returns Policy."
6. Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.
7. All Electronics, Mobiles and Home Appliances comes with the Seller/ Manufacturer Warranty*
I received my shipment but am not satisfied. How do I return it?
Not to worry! You can return a product in a few hassle free and simple steps. So feel free to give us a call or drop us a mail and make sure to follow the steps given below:
1. Place your item in its original Brand packaging along with the OLine packing. In case the OLine packing has been altered, you can pack the item in the Brand packing, sealing it properly.
2. Please remember to paste the return label, delivered with the invoice, on the package. In case you do not have the return label, call us at +91-7248928391 or write down the seller's address mentioned in the invoice.
3. Keep the product packed and ready for pick up by the OLine team.
4. If you are sending it on your own, make sure that the item has been sealed properly.
You can choose to:
1. Schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, at our cost, by calling us at +91-7248928391, or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. If you choose to send it at your convenience, then please Please remember to paste the return label, delivered with the invoice, on the package. In case you do not have the return label, call us at +91-7248928391 or write down the seller's address mentioned in the invoice. 3. If, in case our logistic partners may not have a pick up facility available in your area, even though they had delivered the item, then under such circumstances, we hope you understand and would request you to send it to sellers address mentioned in the return label/ invoice.
Where do I return my product?
Please check with our customer care if we cover your city for pickup and we do in most cases. If, however, your city is not covered or if you wish to send the product on your own at the seller's address mentioned in the return label. In case you do not have the return label, call us at +91-7248928391 or write down the seller's address mentioned in the invoice on the package and we will reimburse the amount incurred in sending the product back to you.
Can I return a part of my order?
Yes, you may return a part of the order, in case of multiple products in an order. Any product being returned will need to be returned in full, including all components as well as any complimentary gifts/accessories which may have come with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contest or any special scheme, then special rules might apply for returns.
How long will the return process take?
Once your return request has been received by the Customer Service, it will take approximately 72 hours to get the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate a refund, subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier.
We would require the courier tracking number in order to track your product. So please share the courier receipt at email@example.com as soon as you send the product back to us.
Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.
What is the process of getting a refund?
1. If the payment was made by Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Store Credit or reverse the amount back into the account used for making the payment. These Store Credit can be utilized on a future purchase on the website and will have 6 months validity.
2. If the payment was made by Cash on Delivery, we can either provide a Bank Transfer/ refund cheque or even can issue Credit into your accout.
How long will the refund process take?
1. Typically the refunds are initiated within 7-10 days of receipt of goods and will be processed depending on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are mentioned below:

2. For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers, the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank.
3. 3. In case of Cheque refund, cheque will be dispatched in 3 working days, and will take about 7-10 working days to be delivered depending upon the delivery location.
I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?
Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.
I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?
We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process, so please check for the last update from us in your email. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven't received any update from us, please write to us or give us a call.
Can I exchange my product?
Yes, you surely can! In case you are facing any trouble with footwear or apparel size, we provide you with a hassle free exchange of the product, depending on the availability of size. You can get your product exchanged from the comfort of your home, by simply dropping us a line at " firstname.lastname@example.org " or just call us on +91-7248928391 within 15 days from delivery of the product. We will arrange the reverse pick up and process the replacement in receipt of the product as per the availability of size. In case of unavailability of size, we will give you store credit, which you can use for any further purchase on the website. We cannot guarantee if the same products will be available.
